Welcome to NailDesigner.ie. By booking and receiving our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your appointment.

1. General

1.1. NailDesigner.ie provides professional nail care services. While we use high-quality products and techniques, proper aftercare by clients is essential to maintain the longevity of nail treatments.
1.2. These terms and conditions are in place to protect both the client and our business.

2. Aftercare Responsibility

2.1. The longevity and durability of your nails depend heavily on proper aftercare. Instructions for nail aftercare will be provided during your appointment, and it is the client’s responsibility to follow these guidelines.
2.2. Activities such as nail-biting, using your nails as tools, or exposing them to harsh chemicals may cause damage to the nails and void any potential warranty or free repair.

3. Damage and Complaints

3.1. Nail damage resulting from inappropriate use, such as biting, hitting, misuse, or attempting to repair nails yourself, will not be considered the fault of NailDesigner.ie.
3.2. If you experience issues with your nails within 72 hours of your appointment, please contact us immediately. After this period, we are unable to offer complimentary fixes unless otherwise stated.
3.3. Photos or evidence of damage must be provided when filing a complaint.

4. Repairs and Maintenance

4.1. Free repairs will only be offered for issues caused directly by application errors or product defects within 72 hours of the service.
4.2. Repairs for issues caused by misuse, improper care, or attempts to repair the nails yourself will incur a fee based on the extent of the repair.
4.3. Any attempt to repair or alter the nails by the client or a third party will void the guarantee of free repair.
4.4. Regular maintenance appointments are recommended to maintain the health and appearance of your nails.

5. Liability

5.1. NailDesigner.ie is not responsible for damages caused by improper aftercare, accidents, or misuse.
5.2. We are not liable for any allergic reactions to the products used unless such reactions were disclosed in advance.

6. Appointments and Payments

6.1. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
6.2. Payments are due at the end of your appointment unless otherwise arranged. Refunds are not provided for damage caused by improper aftercare or attempts to repair nails yourself.

7. Amendments

7.1. NailDesigner.ie reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the terms regularly.
